How Now Paper Cow?

Celebrating the Year of the Ox in 2021, Ox in a Box is a festive gift pack developed with Fictionist Studio. After a year of lockdowns and constant anxiety of global pandemic numbers, Ox in a Box was created as an optimistic wish for the world to bounce back in the coming year—featuring a unique paper ox that bounced into form as the recipient opened the barn-shaped box.

Playing to the themes of elasticity and stretchiness, custom chinese lettering was also drawn to capture the energy. Hot stamped with wonderfully iridescent foiling, the words shimmer and shine at every angle against the richly coloured paper stocks.
